Alexander Steele are on the lookout for an established and talented hospitality professional based in the South West of London. This is the chance to join a renowned, luxury UK retail group in the Restaurant and Pub trade. The role We are looking for an Area Operations Manager who will take responsibility for over 10 sites in the SW London area. • The Operations Manager will be tasked with inspiring a team of GM’s and promoting a very positive People Culture • You will understand and work to excel in Autonomy, Creativity, Individuality and Passion • Expectation to take authority on each site’s performance and work to meet and beat targets and ensure each site is the best it can be • Supporting your General Managers with the day to day running of each site in question • Understand good food and work to always maintain and increase quality standards The Package • £87,000 / year • 30% bonus (Depending on area performance) • Company car • Private Healthcare • Generous pension The Candidate • People person • Results driven • Passionate about food and top-quality service • Enjoy taking ownership and accountability off the back of feedback • High attention to detail • Strong Multi-Site Operations background in Hospitality environments with strong management experience
