About the Role

As a People Partner, you’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering the People & Culture Strategy, ensuring it aligns with business goals. This is a hands-on, collaborative position where you’ll work closely with key stakeholders to strengthen capability, drive positive change, and build an exceptional employee experience across the organisation.

Acting as a key member of the HR function, you’ll provide guidance to managers across all areas of HR, from employee relations and performance management to absence and talent planning. You’ll also play an integral role in leading change, supporting organisational design, and managing business transformation initiatives, including restructures and redundancies. Collaboration with leaders to strengthen performance, identify future potential, and nurture leadership capability will be a key part of your remit. As a champion for wellbeing, inclusion, and engagement, you’ll promote a culture of health, belonging, and connection across the site. Alongside this, you’ll lead and deliver people-focused projects that enhance the overall employee experience and contribute to a positive, high-performing workplace.

Candidate requirement:

  • A strong HR generalist background with at least 3 years experience working within a manufacturing, warehousing or logistics environment.
  • CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent experience).
  • Confident stakeholder communication and management
