Production Manager

Alexander Steele are delighted to be bringing this fantastic opportunity to the market, our client who weve historically partnered with successfully have asked us to source a Senior Production Manager for their manufacturing site near Brackley. This role is the No.2 role reporting to the site lead. I am looking for dynamic operational professionals who are looking to further their careers within this well established, high volume, food manufacturing business. The plan would be to progress into a Site Leadership role in 18-24 months. Our client have been going from strength to strength and this recruitment is a key hire for their future plans. I am looking for detail oriented individual who can drive the overall performance of the site, improve OEE and have the gravitas to lead the site in absence of the Site GM as and when required. At this stage we will only consider candidates who have experience in High Volume, Food Manufacturing business, if you do not have a background in Food Production you will not be considered. The role will be a Monday to Friday role working office hours although at times you will be required to be flexible. The salary on offer is up to £70k plus bonus, pension, healthcare, life assurance and 33 days holiday.
