Our client, whom we've historically partnered with successfully have asked us to source an Operations Manager for their manufacturing site in Fife. This role is a fantastic opportunity for those looking to have entire site reasonability shortly and have a say in business growth. I am looking for dynamic operational professionals to further their careers within this well established, high volume food manufacturing business. The plan would be to progress into a Site Leadership role in 18-24 months. Our clients have been going from strength to strength, and this recruitment is a crucial hire for their plans. I am looking for a detail-oriented individual who can drive the overall performance of the site, improve OEE and have the gravitas to lead the side in the absence of the Site GM as and when required. At this stage, we will only consider candidates who have experience in the High Volume, Food Manufacturing business; if you do not have a background in Food Production, you will not be considered. The role will be a Monday to Friday role working office hours, although you will be required to be flexible at times. The salary on offer is up to £45,000 - £50,000 plus bonus, pension, healthcare, life assurance and 33 days holiday.
