Production Planner

Our partnership with this Global business continues to thrive, they have requested our assistance to help recruit an experienced Production Planner to be based at their site near Spalding. As Production Planner for the site you will report to the Operations Manager and at times you will deputise for the Planning Supervisor. In this role you will be responsible to plan, monitor and update a live production schedule based system with forecast and actual Customer orders ensuring that the schedule takes into account any capacity or material constraints. This includes providing scheduling and line information to Operational functions to enable materials and labour to be matched with the generated plans. In addition to provide administrative system support to operational areas as detailed. To be considered for this role you will need a minimum of 1-2 years experience as a Production Planner within Food Manufacturing or within FMCG Manufacturing. You will need to organised, have strong numerical skills, good grasp of I.T, good knowledge of Excel and a high attention to detail. In return we are offering a salary of up to £30k plus a pension and 25 days holiday.
