On offer: • Salary is £30,0000 • 28 days holiday • Company pension • Great career development opportunities • Working Sunday - Thursday 8pm - 5am The role: The job holder is a key member of the Technical team and is responsible for providing support to the other departments in respect of Quality Assurance, Food Safety, Legislation Requirements, customer specifications, HACCP & Hygiene compliance. The prime responsibility of this position is to assist in the organisation and enforcement of all Quality, Hygiene and Food Safety systems which operate on site, thereby ensuring that all processes are operated, and all products are manufactured in accordance with Customer and Statutory Requirements. The Quality Auditor will support the Technical function in Quality, Technical and other food safety monitoring as required, with a view to aid in the improvement of these and undertake any necessary specialist training appropriate to the function. The Candidate: • 2 years experience working in a similar role within a high care / high risk environment. • IT proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint. • Good presentation skills. • Good written and verbal communication in English. • Good understanding of health and safety requirements and quality systems.
