Due to recent acquisition the business has a very rare and exciting opportunity for an experience Quality Manager to join their site in SW London. On offer: • Salary circa £45,000 • Working Monday to Friday days • 25 days holiday plus bank holiday • Pension • Excellent growth and development within the business The role: Responsible for Quality and Food Safety across the site. Ensuring the Company complies with all future legislation relating to Food Safety, Integrity and Legality. Continuous development of Business Management Systems to ensure product quality meets the Organisation and Customer Quality Standards. Acting as a the technical interface between all Company and Customer functions offering a bespoke and responsive technical service. Delivering the highest food safety and quality standards within the industry. Consistent Delivery of highest manufacturing Technical Standards and external audits. The candidate: My client is looking for an individual who has management experience within the food manufacturing industry. You must be able to lead, motivate and drive continuous improvements whilst upholding the businesses beliefs and guiding principles. • A minimum of 2 years in a Technical or Quality Management position • A Food Science degree is desirable. • HACCP Level 3 • BRC qualification or excellent working knowledge of BRC • Lead Auditor or equivalent experience If you are an experienced Quality Manager looking for a step up and want to work in a growing, fast paced environment please apply with an up to date CV.
