Sales Operations Administrator

Role Description:
The Sales Operations Administrator is an integral part of the sales department, working with our local and national sales team to develop new business in our local delivery areas.
Using our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to dispatch orders and keep general data entry. You will be the first point of contact for all inbound enquiries and ensure communication within the team at all time. You will provide desk based troubleshooting and assistance relating to customer orders, account statuses and ad hoc issues as they arise.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintaining relationships with customer portfolio accounts
Dealing with incoming sales and enquiries via telephone, email and B2B functions
Promote a world class customer service experience
Make us easy to deal with and make customer journeys simple
Workplace:
Key point of call for incoming sales enquiries and orders
Processing of sales orders via CRM systems and B2B portals
Managing our B2B sales platforms to ensure correct stock availability
Supporting our logistics team with the planning and management of local delivery schedules as well as pallet deliveries to national and export customers
Precise data entry and record keeping into our internal systems
Management of stock levels versus order requirements
Prepare and dispatch sales samples or Point of Sales items
Work with Credit Controller to ensure customer’s payment is up to date prior to dispatching new orders
Process all new accounts enquiries and register all data on our CRMs
Help with occasional trade marketing communications
Assisting with tele-sales and chasing customers for orders, manage standing orders requirements
