Hybrid (2 days per week in London)

Up to £65k + car allow + bonus + benefits

The Role

The National Account Manager – Food Service & OOH will play a pivotal role in driving profitable growth across key UK food service and out-of-home customers.

 

You will take ownership of identifying and building strategic customer relationships, develop joint business plans, and unlock new opportunities to grow market share, distribution, and category value.

 

This role goes beyond account management. We are looking for someone who will challenge thinking, bring new ideas to customers, and proactively create growth opportunities. You will work closely with internal teams across category, supply chain, finance, and innovation to ensure outstanding service while building long-term strategic partnerships.

Experience & Skills

• Proven experience as a National Account Manager within FMCG, ideally in food service or out-of-home channels.

• Strong experience managing major UK food service or OOH customers

• Demonstrated track record of delivering sales growth and winning new business.

• Strong commercial acumen with P&L responsibility.

• Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
