Service Engineer - USA

We are supporting a major US-based distributor of food manufacturing machinery as they expand their engineering team. This is a rare opportunity for a UK-based Service Engineer to undergo full technical training in the UK before relocating permanently to the United States.

The company supplies high-performance processing and manufacturing equipment to blue-chip FMCG and food production clients across North America. As part of their growth strategy, they are appointing a skilled engineer who is open—and committed—to a full relocation to the US, with all visa application costs fully funded.

What the Role Involves

• Commissioning, servicing, and maintaining high-end food manufacturing equipment and machinery
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues at customer sites across the US
• Installing new equipment and providing customer training
• Acting as a technical expert for the company’s partner manufacturers
• Travelling across multiple states to support key FMCG clients

Training & Onboarding

• Full training delivered in the UK with established machinery partners
• Exposure to a wide range of food production equipment
• Relocation to the US once training is complete (timeline flexible based on candidate)

What We’re Looking For

• Strong background in electrical or mechanical engineering (FMCG, food production, automation, or industrial machinery preferred)
• Field service experience or multiskilled maintenance engineering
• Confident fault-finding skills
• Willingness and enthusiasm for full relocation to the USA
• Full UK driving licence and ability to travel frequently once in the US
