Site Electrical Lead – UK

An established, fast-growing FMCG business is seeking an experienced Site Electrical Lead to provide technical leadership across a high-performing engineering team. This is a hands-on, strategic role for a senior engineer who can drive operational excellence, compliance, and safety across multiple projects.

Role Highlights:

Lead and mentor the Electrical Engineering team, fostering a high-performing, safety-focused culture.
Provide technical guidance and input on projects, design reviews, and strategic initiatives.
Oversee budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and project delivery.
Act as the Electrical Duty Holder, ensuring compliance with regulations and safe working practices.
Develop and maintain technical standards, documentation, and processes.

Candidate Profile:

Proven experience in a senior Electrical Engineering role, ideally in FMCG or manufacturing.
Strong leadership skills with a track record of motivating technical teams.
Demonstrable focus on safety and regulatory compliance.
Recognised Electrical Engineering qualification.
Minimum 3 years leading corporate or commercial engineering projects.
Knowledge of national electrical codes; CAD experience advantageous.
