Are you a recent graduate with a degree in Computer Science, IT or Maths and a computer whizz? This could be the role for you! Our client, a vibrant, forward thinking and fast-growing multi-site drinks manufacturing company are looking for an Gradute ERP Coordinator to join their team across their sites in London. Reporting directly to and supporting the Supply Chain Manager to ensure that all master and transactional data within the businesses ERP system is accurate, timely and reliable. You job will be to focused on ensuring data remains consistant across the database and that user access to data is clearly defined in a way that suits the users needs. You responsibilities will include: •Transacting within the ERP system on production orders, purchase orders, goods receipts, stock transfers and invoices. •Working and liaising with the Procurement / Production / Logistics departments to make sure that data is consistent and accurate. •Assembling and cleaning data, rectifying errors and assisting with Logistics / Production teams in reconciling stock errors. •Monitoring alerts for incorrect or flagged transactions, and troubleshooting the issues that caused them. •Adoption / onboarding of the company's ERP system across multiple departments and helping to train users. •Development and accountability of the integrity of all production and procurement business data within the company's ERP System (SAP) •Maximising quality of data input through positively influencing production teams. •Assistance with various Business Master Data. •Strengthening company physical processes in order to drive accurate and effective MRP processes. •Identifying knowledge / skills gaps on current ERP processes and recommending routes for improvement. •Increasing your understanding of the art & science of brewing through study and investigation. •Demonstrating the 'Beavertown Way' to visitors and clients through safety, cleanliness, enthusiasm and hospitality! The candidate: •University degree in Computer Science, IT or Maths. Positive attitude with great influencing skills. Ability to learn and grasp new concepts quickly. •Experienced SAP (SAP Business One) preferred but not essential. Advanced understanding of Excel. •Ability to deal with complexity and change.
