Alexander Steele Recruitment are delighted to be working with this global, innovative business on an exciting new role! Our client is looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join their team at their site in London Reporting to the Warehouse Manager the purpose of the role is to manage, verify and confirm the stock movements of finished products across multiple warehouse platforms and ensuring all relevant systems are updated and maintained. Main responsibilities include: - Ensuring accurate paperwork is organised to ensure timely availability - Ensuring customers dispatch paperwork matches requirements - Booking and planning of orders to ensure successful daily distribution - Liaising and coordinating with hauliers and customers - Create logistic schedules - Verify transport invoices - Working with the Warehouse Team to resolve stock issues - Assist in the stock taking process and accurate stock replenishment in storage - Initiating invoices by processing all delivered orders and proof of delivery documentation - Ensuring accurate costings of distribution - Reporting of stockholding in 3PL platforms - Work with the procurement team for all daily stock level replenishments - Source suppliers CoC - Maintain supplier pallet balance sheet The candidate requirements: - Qualifications in Supply Chain and / or Logistics is advantageous - Previous experience working in a supply chain / logistics role is required - Excellent analytical skills - Good organisation and planning skills - Excellent Excel knowledge is essential - Proficient in Microsoft applications - Good numeracy skills If you think this is the right role for you please apply along with an up to date CV or for more information please contact Tracey on 0131 370 9191 / 07837566646 or email tracey.fleming@alexandersteele.com
