Key Responsibilities
- Lead all production planning with third-party manufacturers and manage a team of two Supply Planners.
- Optimise finished goods stock levels to balance service, cost and risk.
- Ensure raw materials and packaging are in place to support production schedules.
- Build strong supplier relationships and manage KPIs including OTIF, stockholding and factory performance.
- Support month-end reporting and stock reconciliation.
- Identify efficiency opportunities to reduce cost, improve planning and strengthen processes.
- Own packaging projects including artwork updates and material transitions.
- Partner closely with the Demand Planning Manager to support D2C growth and service levels.
Candidate Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
- Supply, Materials or Production Planning experience within a food or drinks manufacturing environment.
- Excellent Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP’s as standard), and confidence handling data.
- Strong analytical skills and solution-focused approach to problem-solving.
- Good communication skills and ability to engage and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders (suppliers, partners and internal teams).
- Highly organised project manager with strong attention to detail.
- Confidence leading and supporting others to deliver against shared goals.
