Technical Account Manager

We continue to work in partnership with a leading global supplier of quality products in to all UK retailers, B2B, and Food Service. We are supporting them in finding a Technical Account Manager to join them on a FTC for 12 months. One offer: • Salary is £40,000 • Company pension • 28 days holiday • Private healthcare • Hybrid working (3 days on site 2 WFH) The role: As a Technical Account Manager in, you will play a crucial role in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients. Your primary responsibility will be to serve as the liaison between the clients and technical teams, ensuring seamless communication and understanding of client needs. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of food manufacturing processes, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong technical background to provide effective solutions. The candidate: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (food science, engineering, etc.). • Proven experience in a technical account management or similar role within the food industry. • Strong understanding of quality control, ethical standards, and sustainability in the food manufacturing sector. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Ability to proactively identify and address challenges. • Familiarity with customer COP, audit standards, and industry best practices. • Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
