Technical Manager

Alexander Steele have partnered with one of the UK's leading artisan food manufacturers who supply a wide range of authentic products in to major retailers, food service and B2B. This exceptional business has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and passionate Technical Manager to join them at their facility in London. On offer: • A Salary circa £50,000 • Working Mon - Fri days • Company pension Key Accountabilities: Reporting to the Managing Director, the Technical Manager will play a pivotal role in managing the Technical function. This role involves offering guidance and leadership to the technical team and spearheading ongoing enhancements in food safety and quality. Close collaboration with operational teams, suppliers, customers, and external stakeholders is crucial to uphold the businesses outstanding standards and foster a strong culture of food safety and quality.
