Why did you choose a move to specialise in FMCG recruitment?
For me, as a Finance recruiter, I’ve seen a huge shift in CA’s, particularly those newly qualified who have a genuine passion and interest to work in the industry. The carrot of global brands and highly prestigious Food & Drinks businesses is something that excites candidates and that’s what it’s all about for me. As a foodie, and someone with an interest in the spirits industry, it’s also exciting to work with such impressive brands and well-known household names.
