Emma has a passion for food, drink, and hospitality outside of work, with several years of industry experience, having previously been within the hospitality industry. She has hands-on knowledge of the drinks industry from mixology and publishing cocktails on menus, to market trends & insight. She also has her level 1 WSET within Spirits.
Since being at ASR, her knowledge and passion for the food industry have grown, and she has become a trusted advisor within this category.

What inspired you to move into recruiting within the consumer goods industry?
The opportunity to combine my background in hospitality and strong passion for cocktails and the drink industry. This, alongside my recruitment experience and knowledge from my international business with marketing degree, made this role seem like it was made for me! I’m excited to be working with some really exciting brands and incorporating all of my passions and knowledge together.
