Account Manager The Business: Alexander Steele are working in partnership with a social enterprise who specialise in attracting investment into London. The Role: Account Manager Working with clients globally, facilitating business investments into London's Retail, Hospitality, Leisure, and cultural sectors. Role summary The role will be responsible for targeting, engaging and bringing new high-value occupiers into London via proactive outreach; trade missions and account management and in doing so delivering sustainable and inclusive growth for London The role covers a broad range of B2C sectors and thematic areas notably the following: Retail, Food & Beverage, Hospitality, Leisure, Culture (cinema, theatre, music, performance), Immersive experiences & Gaming (consumer experiences, not the underlying tech), Health & Wellbeing, Sports (consumer e.g. skate parks, trampoline cafes), Learning & Skills. The job holder will identify, target, nurture and persuade clients to choose London for their international expansions and deliver jobs and GVA and connect our clients to help them grow in a resilient, sustainable and inclusive way in London.
