A food manufacturing company is seeking to appoint an Artwork Project Manager for their site in Leeds
The Artwork Project Manager will oversee product launches across designated own-label and branded accounts, This is a central, cross-functional role that connects Sales, NPD (New Product Development), Operations, and the delivery of packaging artwork, ensuring seamless coordination and execution.
On Offer:
  • £32,000 raising to £34,000 after probation
  • Monday – Friday – 40 hours per week
  • Work from home day on Friday (optional)
  • 33 days annual leave
Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a strong advocate for delivering high-quality products and packaging that align with both customer expectations and brand standards.
  • Develop and manage critical paths for customer and brand launches, ensuring timely and efficient artwork delivery.
  • Lead weekly project meetings to monitor progress, identify issues, and drive resolution.
  • Assign, track, and follow up on project actions and escalate risks when necessary to keep projects on course.
  • Coordinate inputs from multiple departments to consolidate project responses.
  • Facilitate internal meetings with key stakeholders to communicate project status and align priorities.
  • Collaborate across departments to proactively resolve issues and identify solutions.
  • Serve as the point of contact with retailers to negotiate timelines and explore opportunities to expedite delivery.
  • Provide guidance and support to the Product Launch Executive team, who assist with artwork, project coordination, and administrative tasks.
  • Uphold the Gate Brief process to ensure full business approval at each project milestone.
  • Routinely review data accuracy and process efficiency, recommending improvements where applicable.

  • Confident leading cross-functional meetings and challenging stakeholders when necessary.
Desirable:
  • Understanding of packaging artwork management processes and the potential operational impact of artwork changes.
