A food manufacturing company is seeking to appoint an Artwork Project Manager for their site in Leeds
The Artwork Project Manager will oversee product launches across designated own-label and branded accounts, This is a central, cross-functional role that connects Sales, NPD (New Product Development), Operations, and the delivery of packaging artwork, ensuring seamless coordination and execution.
On Offer:

£32,000 raising to £34,000 after probation

Monday – Friday – 40 hours per week

Work from home day on Friday (optional)

33 days annual leave
Key Responsibilities:

Act as a strong advocate for delivering high-quality products and packaging that align with both customer expectations and brand standards.

Develop and manage critical paths for customer and brand launches, ensuring timely and efficient artwork delivery.

Lead weekly project meetings to monitor progress, identify issues, and drive resolution.

Assign, track, and follow up on project actions and escalate risks when necessary to keep projects on course.

Coordinate inputs from multiple departments to consolidate project responses.

Facilitate internal meetings with key stakeholders to communicate project status and align priorities.

Collaborate across departments to proactively resolve issues and identify solutions.

Serve as the point of contact with retailers to negotiate timelines and explore opportunities to expedite delivery.

Provide guidance and support to the Product Launch Executive team, who assist with artwork, project coordination, and administrative tasks.

Uphold the Gate Brief process to ensure full business approval at each project milestone.

Routinely review data accuracy and process efficiency, recommending improvements where applicable.
