Assistant Brand Manager
Alexander Steele Recruitment are working with a globally successful and award winning food manufacturing business.
Purpose of the Role:
Reporting to the Marketing Manager for core & seasons on a day-to-day basis, the Assistant Brand Manager will be responsible for supporting comprehensive plans surrounding UK & Ireland Core & Seasonal brand business to deliver against stretching growth targets and increasing business demands
Some of the Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities :
Work collaboratively with colleagues and agencies to assist with NPD/renovation and the delivery of Core & Seasonal brand activation plans across a number of key marketing disciplines including but not limited to TV, radio, experiential, social media, PR and in-store
Ownership and management of product development related to Core and Seasonal business including but not limited to critical paths, new launch forms, amendments, pack tests and artwork approvals
Support on the implementation of below the line communications including PR, Social Media and Experiential
Work closely with Sales, Shopper Marketing and other cross-functional teams to deliver tactical product and communications initiatives
Conduct post-launch reviews of product & campaign work, collecting insights to help direct future projects
Monitor market trends, analyse data and competitor activity, collecting insights to support building

Up to £30k + bonus + benefits
