Brand Manager Location: Home Based (One day per month in the York office) Package: •Up to £45,000 + Bonus •25 days holiday + bank holidays An exciting opportunity for a Brand Manager to join a leading food producer. This role has excellent benefits as well as offering great opportunities for future progression within a rapidly growing business. Key Responsibilities •This position is a varied and broad brand marketing role. There will be budget management responsibility and strategic thinking, as well as hands on implementation. •Develop and execute the annual brand plan for the UK and ROW (excluding the US), aligned to the overall marketing strategy. •Capitalise on clear opportunities or threats using data and insight. •Turn strategies and plans into action to connect with shoppers and consumers. •Implement and monitor assigned brand marketing plan across full marketing mix to achieve sales, marketing, and profit objectives. •Work with the Head of Marketing to develop creative communication briefs in line with Brand objectives and manage the implementation & delivery of agreed creative executions. •Ownership of the Marketing budget – setting the budget with the Head of Marketing and tracking spend to ensure projects come in on time and to budget. •Work closely with external agency partners including advertising, creative, PR sampling and exhibition. •Leading and project managing concept development and NPD programmes including packaging design. •Liaise with internal departments and external agencies to ensure full communication and success of marketing plans. •Monitor brand performance including sales performance and external brand consumer metrics to make informed recommendations. Ideal Candidate & Experience •Passionate about helping to drive. •Strong project manager – good communicator and experience of dealing with internal project teams and external agencies. •Commercially minded, with budget management experience. •Strong data and analytical skills to turn insights into actions. •Experience of working with category data. •Proactive and challenging, showing boundless curiosity. •The ability to manage multiple projects at one time. •Highly self-motivated, with a positive can-do attitude. •Strong team player who can work well cross-functionally.
