Alexander Steele Recruitment have partnered with a leading award-winning artisan plant-based brand that is seeking an enthusiastic and resilient individual to join their team to help with their growth. This is an exciting opportunity to join the commercial team as the Commercial Manager for foodservice and OOH accounts, reporting directly to the Head of Sales. Ideally, candidates will have three years of experience working with customers in the Out-of-Home (OOH) sector. Responsibilities Establishing and nurturing relationships with national wholesalers, manufacturers, and food service accounts to increase product distribution. Using CRM systems to monitor pipeline progress and significant events. Generating sales forecasts and providing ongoing monitoring and reporting to broader commercial and production teams. Using data and insights to inform strategic decisions and stimulate growth. Planning, coordinating, and evaluating promotional activities. Coordinating NPD launches with strategic partners. Collaborating cross-functionally with the marketing team to plan activations. Visiting customers to establish strong customer relations. Collaborating closely with regional wholesalers to expand the independent portfolio. Requirements At least 3 years experience in a Food or Drink company with expertise in Wholesale/OOH. Have a genuine passion for food. Be willing to travel to meet with customers. Field sales experience is preferred. Confident public speaker. Display exceptional negotiation skills. Exhibit strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with both internal and external stakeholders. Self-starter, comfortable handling multiple responsibilities to meet diverse customer needs and strict deadlines. Comfortable working as an individual and in a close-knit team environment.
