Creative Co-ordinator / Marketing Executive Foodservice & B2B Alexander Steele is recruiting on behalf of a Distributor of Fine Food Ingredients. Our client is one of the leading innovative food solution providers in the UK. This client takes pride in supporting their branded range of specialist products. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Creative Coordinator / Marketing Executive to join the team to support the Sales growth agenda through the design, creation & implementation of assets to drive product growth. Hybrid Working - 1 / 2 x per month in the Office min (London Area) £35k - £40k + 10% Bonus + Benefits What your tasks are: Asset and content creation for the clients branded collateral (digital, social, trade). Responsible for sign off and approval on design and branded outputs to ensure everything is in line with the clients brand guidelines and tone of voice. Applying your design thinking across all stages of the creative process. From research > strategy > design direction > copywriting > execution > art working. Working with the marketing team/agency to create engaging social content across a multitude of platforms. Designing trade marketing assets to drive visibility online and instore. Lead ideation and concepting. Working to deliver bold brand campaign ideas and creative that makes us stand out. Creating visual design and content for the clients website. Oversee and brief product photoshoots and creation of imagery in line with brand guidelines. Brief freelance agencies if required. Requirements: Someone with at least 2 years industry experience in digital, print or packaging design gained from an FMCG or agency background. Some ATL and BTL design experience would be ideal. Expert in Adobe Creative Suite mainly Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop. Strong graphic design skills: understanding of and experience in consumer-focused branding, layout, colour theory and typography in both print and digital media. Experience supporting a marketing team/agency and responding to feedback. A creative thinker – you bring great ideas, understand what’s culturally relevant, and love producing new and out of the box ideas and concepts. Multi-talented. We’re a small team so you’ll need to be willing to get stuck into all areas of the business and work at pace. An excellent communicator and strong copywriter. A brilliant eye for detail. Well-organised – you’ll have lots of plates spinning at once, and it’s important you’re comfortable with managing your time multiple projects. Creative and self-motivated with a diverse and commercial portfolio.
