Customer Service Administrator

We have partnered with a leading Drinks business that is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Services Administrator to join their dynamic team.

On offer:
  • Salary will be circa £30 000 + Bonus
  • 25 leave days + 8 bank holidays
  • Hybrid remote working (3 days in the office)

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Respond promptly to customer enquiries and resolve issues efficiently
  • Process a variety of orders with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Support the sales and logistics teams in delivering a seamless customer experience
  • Maintain and update customer records and CRM systems
  • Proactively build strong relationships with customers and internal teams
  • Keep informed on our wine portfolio to provide excellent product support
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal standards

What You’ll Bring:
  • Proven experience in a Customer Service or Admin role, ideally within the food, beverage, or wine industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisation, multitasking, and time management abilities
  • A team player mindset with a customer-first attitude
  • Accuracy and a sharp eye for detail
