As pioneers in the wellness space, this dynamic company is dedicated to redefining the category with innovative, effective, and beautifully crafted products designed to enhance the lives of their customers. In this role, you'll have the chance to lead the strategic direction of the brand, driving growth and building brand loyalty. Reporting directly to the leadership team, you'll have the autonomy to shape and execute marketing strategies that resonate with consumers and drive business success. Responsibilities Strategic Brand Leadership: Develop, own, and execute 12-month and 3-year brand and marketing plans aligned with our mission and strategy. Multi-Channel Marketing Campaigns: Oversee integrated campaigns across various channels, optimizing strategies and tactics for customer acquisition and engagement. Consumer and Category Understanding: Lead efforts to understand the target consumer and market trends, transforming insights into informed marketing strategies. Team Management and Cross-Functional Leadership: Manage, nurture, and lead a high-performing marketing team, collaborating with other departments to ensure alignment. Trade Marketing: Collaborate with the trade team to develop and execute trade marketing strategies aligned with consumer marketing plans. Brand Guardian: Own, manage, and develop the brand world, maintaining consistency and championing brand values. Budget Management: Efficiently manage the marketing budget, identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising campaign quality. Product Launch and Innovation: Lead the planning and execution of product launches, fostering a culture of innovation within the team. Requirement Experience: Demonstrable experience scaling brands through customer acquisition initiatives in consumer goods or wellness industries. Leadership: Experience in leading high-performing marketing teams hitting ambitious KPI’s whilst maintaining brand quality and consistency. Consumer-centric: Ability to understand consumer behavior and transform insights into actionable strategies and tactics. Creativity: Using innovative and creative approaches to unlock key brand goals while staying within budget. Communication and Management: Experience in effective communication with cross-functional internal teams as well as external stakeholders.
