Are you looking for a new HR role within a fast-paced manufacturing company? Alexander Steele are working in partnership with a fantastic and well-established drinks manufacturing company based in North London. They are currently looking for a HR Advisor to join their team. This will be a Generalist role and is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level. The role will be working Monday - Friday office hours and will pay between £28,000 - £32,000 depending on experience. The Role: Benefits administration, employee relations, training, performance management, on boarding, policy implementation, and recruitment / employment and employment law compliance. Coaches, counsels and guides managers before executing employee disciplinary actions. Maintains human resource system records and compiles reports from the database. Monitors employee performance evaluations and ensures they are done in a timely manner. The Candidate: CIPD Qualification Previous HR experience within a fast-paced manufacturing environment Customer Focus – maintains high customer satisfaction that meets company standards. Hands on’ approach to work.
