Alexander Steele have partnered with a leading confectionary brand that are seeking an enthusiastic and resilient individual to join their team to help with their growth. This is an exciting opportunity to join the commercial team, reporting directly to the Head of UK Sales. Ideally, candidates will have two years experience working with customers in the Out-of-Home (OOH) sector. Role Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of National Accounts with a focus on Out-of-Home (OOH) sector. Cultivate and sustain strong strategic partnerships with these accounts. Capitalise on opportunities to expand the brands' presence and drive growth with these customers. Achieve revenue and distribution sales targets. Analyse and leverage data and opportunities, collaborating with both customers and team members. Drive sales through large wholesale customers, collaborating with the field team to optimise visibility and space in depots and retail outlets. Develop pricing and promotional strategies tailored to each customer and channel, contributing to broader business strategies. Enhance awareness of the brand among your network of consumers and customers. Offer: Immediate responsibilities – You will step into a full-time sales role from day one, managing your own accounts. Job Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar sales role such as National Account Manager (NAM), Key Account Manager (KAM), or National Account Executive (NAE). Experience in FMCG sales, particularly in Out-of-Home (OOH) sector, is advantageous. Strong negotiation skills to manage customer Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and drive mutual growth. Team player mentality, willing to contribute across various areas of the business. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Please kindly note this role requires presence in a London office three days a week.
