Alexander Steel has partnered with a leading food manufacturer going through some real growth and development They are looking for a passionate National Account Manager, who is eager to work in an exciting space. On Offer: Competitive salary (up to £55k + car allowance) Annual Bonus 26+ bank holidays Enrolment to private healthcare Key responsibilities: Full management of Grocery Channels on a day to day basis - including planning, P&L, range review proposals, joint business plans, new line listing, forecasting, etc. Work closely with category team to develop and optimise existing ranges while supporting the grocery team to achieve annual plans. Manage all aspects of the relationship of one multiple customers principally at Buyer level to fully meet all innovation, growth, sales and profit targets. Be a point of contact for anything from operations, marketing to NPD to deliver targets. Experience and skills required: Educated to degree level 2+ years Account Management Experience dealing with FMCG buyers Numerate, understanding of P&L’s and margins with good attention to detail Strong selling skills to win/influence buyers and internal teams Passion for health and well being and desire to progress your career in FMCG Commercial.
