Due to a period of exciting growth, they are looking to appoint a Junior Development Chef to assist and collaborate with the wider team on innovation. On offer: Salary is up to £30k 20 days holiday + bank holidays Company pension Working hours 8.30am till 5pm The role: Reporting to the NPD Manager, the Junior Development Chef will take responsibility for the creation of new concepts and launch high quality and innovative products whilst collaborating with the wider team. The successful candidate is tasked with supporting factory trials, continuously improving existing products and ensuring a smooth product launch. The key responsibilities of the role include: Support the delivery of customer led projects Work to important deadlines with efficiency and guidelines in mind Conduct presentations to showcase new and existing products Create exciting new concepts and recipes Organise samples when required Candidate requirements: The business is looking for an individual with experience in a similar role within food.
