Are you a commercially minded sales leader with a passion for food and a track record of delivering results? We’re looking for a Regional Sales Manager to take ownership of a key territory across South Wales, the Southwest, and the West Midlands. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established, fast-paced food business supplying a wide customer base — from small independents to large-scale operations.

The role..
As Regional Sales Manager, you’ll lead and develop a team of experienced external sales professionals, driving growth across your region. You’ll be responsible for setting strategy, managing key accounts, and ensuring your team consistently meets performance targets. With a strong presence in the field, you’ll provide hands-on support, coach your team to success, and contribute to the wider commercial goals of the business. From maintaining healthy margins to ensuring outstanding customer service, this is a dynamic role with plenty of scope to make your mark.

What we are looking for..
  • Proven experience in leading and motivating sales teams
  • Strong knowledge of margin management and commercial performance
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • A valid UK driving licence

What you will get in return..
  • A competitive salary from £50,000+, plus a KPI-based bonus scheme
  • 33 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays)
  • Company pension and life insurance
  • Sick pay, employee discount schemes, and cycle to work programme
  • Access to a supportive employee assistance programme
  • The chance to join a well-established business with strong values, a collaborative team, and excellent career development opportunities
