Sales Account Manager

Sales Account Manager We are working with a successful seafood business. They supply high quality products to wholesalers and distributors across UK and Europe. Purpose of the Role: Selling to existing customers, mainly via telephone and to develop and manage customer portfolios in the UK and Europe, proactively developing new customers in new geographical markets while also liaising with colleagues regarding logistics, harvesting plans and industry quality schemes. Job Duties and Responsibilities: • Deliver Sales performance against targets provided by Line Manager • Manage Sales Accounts as per instructed by your Line Manager • Identify new Sales opportunities within existing accounts • Support and follow up projects and evaluations • Ensure deadlines are always met • Ensure any issued which arise are dealt with in a timely yet professional manner • Negotiate with clients, as and when required • Expand relationships and sales in the existing customer base • Assist team in developing the customer base through Sales activities • Complete administrative work, as and when required • Support the Company's presence at exhibitions • Any other related duties as instructed by your Line Manager Hybrid working in place, office in Lanarkshire Up to £40k + bonus + benefits If you are interested in hearing more about it this position, please contact James - james.hilton@alexandersteele.com By applying for this role, you are agreeing to be registered with us in accordance to our T&C’s/Privacy Policy.
