Sales Manager - DE (Human Nutrition / Dairy Ingredients) Alexander Steele is recruiting on behalf of a Global Ingredients distributor, specialising in the Nutrition, Pharmaceutical & Personal Care Markets. This business has a fantastic reputation for creating innovative solutions for their clients. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a positive & motivated individual to join the Nutrition Ingredients team across Germany. As a Sales Account Manager of Nutritional ingredients, you will use your knowledge and commercial qualities to generate sales with current & new relationships predominantly across the Nutrition, Dairy & Dairy Alternative sector. Remote Working - 1 x per month in the Office €60-90k + Company Car + Bonus + Benefits What your tasks are: You will be responsible for selling a very exciting portfolio of food ingredients from our worldwide partners to companies in Germany and Austria. These ingredients include unique solutions for clean(er) labels, tastes, plant-based proteins for vegetarian alternatives. You will be responsible for the entire nutrition market segment as well as dairy products and plant based alternatives You develop your market by proactively seeking dialogue with marketing and R&D contacts with customers and non-customers on an ongoing basis With your sales and marketing know-how, you will prepare supplier portfolios and presentations. Supporting customers with bespoke, innovative solutions. You are part of the internal sales meeting by transparently presenting your figures. You work together with Sales Support. What are we looking for: You have relevant professional experience in the sales of food ingredients in the field of Human nutrition, Dairy Ingredients or Plant-based alternatives, for example at a food ingredients manufacturer or distributor. You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or a successfully completed degree with a focus on food technology or nutritional science. Must speak German & English
