Our client, a leading global drinks business has an exciting opportunity for a Supply Chain Manager to effectively manage the Transport and Warehouse functions, optimising the E2E Supply Chain through cost and process efficiencies while at the same time ensuring flawless service and quality to the Customer. Key Responsibilities • Manage and supervise both transportation and warehousing activities, ensuring that agreed service levels, quality standards, capacity requirements and promised continuous improvements are met. • Implement and monitor an effective distribution process that ensures product availability at Customers according to market requirements, industry and food and safety standards. • Monitor the execution of transport and warehousing activities according to market, product, and country requirements in an efficient way from both a process and cost points of view. • Effectively collaborate with both internal (Customer Supply Chain, Sales, Manufacturing, Sourcing, Quality and Finance) and external stakeholders (Customers, 3PL service providers, Co-Manufacturing Sites) ensuring that end to end supply chain needs are met. • Lead and execute Supply Chain continuous improvement initiatives in accordance with wider business objectives and best practices across the market and overall industry. Candidate Requirements • A degree Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Management, or equivalent. • At least 6 to 10 years Supply Chain, Logistics, Transport, Customer Services and Warehouse Management experience in a multinational FMCG environment. • Strong communication skills and ability to establish effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. • ERP systems experience (NetSuite or InfoPlus will be advantageous) • Proficiency in using Power BI and/or other Analytic/Data Tools Salary will be circa €80 000 to €90 000 + Bonus Full remote working in the Netherlands.
