Customer Service Specialist

Our client, a leading global drinks business has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Specialist to Process customer sales orders through ERP systems (NetSuite or InfoPlus) and coordinate deliveries with the relevant 3PL service providers. Key Responsibilities Coordinate with Manufacturing and Demand Planning teams to understand both short- and long-term needs as far as both Inbound and Outbound forecasts go Issuing of Invoices and Credit/Debit Notes Support in creating SOP(s) for the various Warehouses, Distribution Centers and Manufacturing Sites and document both existing and new process and associated contact details. Collaborate with sector customs & trade team, and support with customs-related activities for their respective market such as commercial invoice preparation, customs paperwork creation, monitoring of arriving shipments via HMRC/CDS Portals, etc. Candidate Requirements A tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Management, or equivalent. At least 3 to 5 years Customer Services, Order Processing, Logistics experience within the FMCG industry. Strong MS Excel skills ERP systems experience (NetSuite or InfoPlus will be advantageous) Ability to engage and establish relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Salary will be circa £35K to £45K + Pension Full remote working in the UK.
