Our client, a leading global drinks business has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Specialist to process customer sales orders through ERP systems and coordinate deliveries with the relevant 3PL service providers and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities • Communicate with customers and ensure timely resolution of issues such as missing or incomplete orders, late orders, product damages, etc. • Coordinate with Sales, Manufacturing and Demand Planning teams to understand both short and long term needs as far as both inbound and outbound forecasts go. • Control inventory levels at both customers and appointed 3PL service providers for both Finished Goods and Raw Materials, creating easy-to-read reports which allow to understand stock positioning, best before dates and potential areas of risk. • Support in creating SOP(s) for the various Warehouses, Distribution Centres and Manufacturing sites and document both existing and new process and associated contact details. • Collaborate with global customs & trade team, and support with customs-related activities for their respective market. Candidate Requirements • A tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Management, or equivalent. • At least 3 to 5 years Customer Services, Order Processing, Logistics experience within the FMCG industry. • Strong communication skills and ability to establish effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. • ERP systems experience (NetSuite or InfoPlus will be advantageous) Salary will be circa €35 000 to €45 000 + Bonus Full remote working/ home based in the Netherlands.
