About our Client

The Role
As a National Account Executive, you will support the management and growth of the online retail experience on Amazon. Working closely with senior sales leaders, you’ll handle day-to-day account activities, promotional planning, forecasting, and customer relationship management.
Key responsibilities
- Support day-to-day management of key Retail and Wholesale accounts
- Assist in driving sales growth and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Help negotiate terms, pricing, and Joint Business Plans (JBPs) under guidance
- Support management of promotional activities and identification of new ranging opportunities
- Assist with forecasting and coordinating supply chain activities
- Contribute to customer activation and activity planning
- Support export planning and forecasting for international accounts, where applicable
- Assist in weekly performance reporting and budget tracking
- Support resolution of customer queries including availability, purchase orders, product shortages, and complaints
- Experience working with online retail platforms such as Amazon, Ocado, or other major e-commerce retailers
- Experience in sales support, account management, or related roles
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Commercially minded with an eagerness to learn and grow
- Comfortable working with data and retail systems (e.g., Nielsen, Kantar)
- Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable to a small team environment
- Up to 45k salary
