They are urgently looking for a dynamic and driven National Account Manager to join their Sales team and take ownership of a major retail account, helping them to expand their presence and grow customer partnerships.
On Offer
- Basic salary will be circa £50K to £70K
- Discretionary & EOT Bonus
- Matched pension contributions (up to 5%)

- 23 days holiday (increasing with service)
What You’ll Do
- Manage and grow sales across new and existing accounts
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships across Sales, Supply Chain, Technical, Product Development & Merchandising
- Identify and secure new business opportunities
- Work closely with Procurement, Category Insight, and Marketing to deliver best-in-class customer presentations and market insights
- Oversee stock levels and contract balances, ensuring smooth supply and reporting
Candidate Requirements
- 2:1 degree (or above) in a relevant business discipline
- Minimum 3 years’ experience managing UK Retailers (FMCG or food industry preferred)
- Proven ability to win new business and manage accounts hands-on
- Strong negotiation, influencing, and communication skills
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and commercially driven
