Operations Shift Manager

Alexander Steele Recruitment are working in partnership with a high-growth food manufacturer in Doncaster. This is an exciting opportunity for an Operations Shift Manager to join the site leadership team and play a key part in all aspects of the Manufacturing process. Requirements: Expertise in a FMCG environment with a passion for continuous improvement and a knowledge that can have a positive effect on all areas of the business. Lead and support Production Team Leaders to drive operational excellence across the business. Report daily and weekly KPI's, offering a detailed account of variances to the production plan, H+S, people and engineering priorities. Identify training needs for the team and ensure adequate training to enhance flexibility by following a structured training plan. Promoting a continuous improvement environment, identify constraints and congestion. Shift Pattern: 2 days, 2 nights, 5 days off 2 days, 3 nights, 4 days off 3 days, 2 nights, 5 days off On offer Circa £65,000 - £70,000 257.5 hours of holiday, increasing 8 hours per year with the business (for 5 years). £500 personal development budget.
